I am not receiving any emails, why? |

There are various reasons why you cannot receive emails:
1- It is possible your mailbox is full.
- Try deleting some emails
- Dont forget to delete the "trash" box
- try to download your emails to outlook, this automatically deletes messages from the server and frees up space.

2- if you are using outlook, it is possible that someone has sent you a large file and it is blocking your download.
- Try to go to your webmail and delete any large email, or large attachment. |
